Reiki Global Classes is a training group that shares and teaches the Reiki method, its history and the subtle spirituality that lies within this milenar healing technic.

The workshops are very casual and beneficial to people of all ages and backgrounds. 

No prior experience in health care or natural healing is required. Anyone can learn and heal with Reiki!

Reiki is used to promote the healing of chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression, addiction, the immune system, and much more.

It can complement your yoga practice by offering balance, strength, and creativity.

Reiki is traditionally taught at three levels, with the energy and knowledge being passed down from Reiki master to student via an attunement.

The first class, known as Reiki level 1, teaches the student the basics of energy healing for self and others.

Despite all that is accomplished with Reiki, it is a natural process, therefore easy to learn.

The Reiki level 2 class teaches the student techniques of distance healing. Also at this level the student is taught the Reiki symbols.

The Reiki level 3A and 3B class is the Master/teacher levels. At these levels the student is taught the attunement process and the basics for teaching Reiki to others. The level 3B attunement is a wonderful experience and is highly recommended even if the student has no desire to ever actually teach Reiki to others.
